Please be respectful, rude or inappropriate behaviour will result in commission cancellation.PAYMENT & FEESFull payment is required upfront before the work begins.CLIENT REQUIREMENTSProvide clear, good‑quality reference images (and/or a detailed description) before I start ! Moodboard are welcomed so that we can discuss of what you'd like. 😊
PROCESS & DEADLINEI will send WIPs during sketch + lineart for approval before starting coloring ! Do not hesitate to ask any question or edit at this time. No big redraws once lineart comfirmed or final piece is approved.Delivery time varies depending on queue, complexity, and my real‑life schedule. I will always inform you if there is a delay.USAGE & COPYRIGHTThe final artwork is for personal use only (no commercial profit, no NFTs, no AI training).You may repost on social media only if you credit/tag me appropriately please.I retain all rights to the artwork. I may use it in my portfolio, on my social media, unless you ask to keep it private.If you want commercial rights (merch, prints sold, etc.), please contact me before commissioning so we can negotiate proper prices !DELIVERYOnce the final artwork is accepted, I will send you the full‑resolution .png file.I can also provide a watermarked .jpeg suitable for social media posting (if you wish).REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONRefunds are possible only if I haven’t started the work yet. Once I start working (after payment and sketch approval), no refund is given.If I cancel for my own reasons, I refund the full amount.
